Overcharge on Fed Ex??

Question

Hi,I recently sent a package out to Calf. through Fed Ex. It weighed 7.15lbs and was 16 x 15 x 14. The billing fee through ebay on Fed Ex showed $22.59, which I did up a label for, now I got a chargeback for an additional $26.48 saying it was 8lbs. So basically I did not make any money on this sale with them doing the chargeback. Don't know why this chargeback? Any help would be appreciated.Thank You

@mountainhighs There is a current technical issue with Fed Ex.

You should contact customer service and have your account added to the open ticket.

On a side note Fed Ex is KNOWN to add surcharges and billing you later which is why I never use them. I only use USPS or if a package is too large/ heavy UPS through Pirateship.com

I recommend using social media to add your account to the open ticket.
