Overcharge from USPS
Recently shipped an item sold that I estimated at 3 LB.
When I took it to the post office, per the receipt, it was actually 4lb.
No big deal.
But USPS has charged back for a 15 LB package. The charge back is $13.00. Evaporates most of my profit on this sale.
eBay said to make a claim with USPS. Good luck with that!
Nothing that I found on the USPS site allows a claim of this type.
Tried calling USPS. No luck reaching anyone that could help.
