Overcharge and undercharge postage by usps is wrong. Not weights but catorgy. One they dropped my
USPS two types one my package was dropped along with others. Somehow 70 lbs of parts were added to my package . Buyer did not accept because the added parts were obviously not part of what he purchased. When I received the item back, showed the postmaster that this was not part of what I sent and documented the crushed and torn package along with the extra weight added to my package. The package was late and the buyer was okay. The postmaster said he would file a record of the incident and I would not proceed with a complaint. The second problem is the type of material I sell. Any gold ore boxes were overweight like they sat but the rest were rough gems that you deal in carats and grams . If you look at the list ,they should be the same as James Scott. Not overweight but underweight.
