Overbilled for a package.
I sent out an Ebay sale item (plastic model car) weighing 15 oz. I purchased the label for this FedEx package through ebay for $6.83 to ship it FedEx Ground Economy. About ten days later I received a message from ebay stating that they were charging me an additional $18.03 for this package because they claimed that the billable weight was 21 pounds!!!
I have been unable to talk with anyone about this overcharge that they immediately took out of my account. FedEx says that I need to contact ebay and there is no way to talk to anyone on ebay. This does not fit into any ebay category to chat with a computer. How do you reach a real person?

OP6 months ago7" x 9" x 4" Shipped from 49686 to 82609. It was NOT an international shipment.
