Over Refunded
I needed to refund the buyer $40. When I tried the eBay site said the refund wasn't working and invited you to click Try Again (button). I did this a few times and then noticed eBay extracted $120 from my debit card account. My question is how do I undo this?? Nobody answers the customer service line. Very frustrating!

·3 years agoDid all 3 charges go through or is 2 of them just a hold put on the funds?
If they all went through, all you can do is ask the buyer if they'll pay you back.
