Over charging on shipping
A few times month I am charged additional shipping claiming it was not weighed right. the weight Thay clam is always a lot more than the weight of my package every package i ship is weighed and measured on a digital postal scale. the additional is always double the initial shipping costs and the weight they clame is ridiculous considering what i ship. How do I stop this from happening?
