What are my options for seller over charging for shipping? Charged $65. for shipping inside continental us.

Mentor6 months agoIf it was stated on the listing then there is no option. eBay does not care how the seller breaks up their charge for the item since their fees are calculated on the total amount that the buyer pays for the item including shipping charges and sales tax. From eBay's standpoint you know the total charge for the item in advance so if you do not like the price you can go to another seller. Also, shipping is not cheap and rising every few months (the post office raises their charges two or three times each year). The days of cheap shipping are long over.

Mentor6 months agoIf you feel that the shipping charges shown on the listing page are too high, you can choose to not make the purchase.
Once you purchase the item, you agree to pay the shipping charges shown.
What are the weight & dimensions of the packaged item and what is the distance it will be shipped?
