MANY Sellers are experiencing this and eBay is working on it, they have advised that they will refund Sellers in 5 days. Check your Recent Activity file everyday on this page. Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
Consider switching carriers until eBay & FedEx resolve this issue.
