Over charged for shipping
I shipped a large item which weighed 88lbs (actually I just reweighed it and it was 88lbs 4.5ounces) my bad....
The actual size was H 30 1/2" x 31 1/2" x 20" ( messed up here) they are stating 31 x 32 x 20 in. OK I'll give them this.
I listed 28" x 30" x 18" (again my bad)
But they want to charge me an additional $101.25 on top of the $84.34 already paid.
Is there any way to challenge this extra charge?

·Jul 9, 2026 at 3:26 PMIt sounds like possibly what they’re charging is for dimensional weight, since those measurements are oversized. I suspect that’s where the additional charges come in.
