Over charged for shipping
I sold a little Ukelele Gig-Bag that weighed 6 pounds and they said it weighed 33 pounds and charged me $10 more. Now I can't get to talk to a human about it at EBay and the Chat Assistant is **bleep**ed. Any suggestions?

Mentor1 year ago@bat-guitar. Fed Ex and UPS are known to add dimensional weight surcharges. OR a surcharge for irregular shaped packages.
When I have an item that can't ship USPS I use pirateship.com with UPS. Pirateship will help dispute surcharges or file insurance claims if needed.
You can try asking CS to dispute UPS or FedEx for you if you are sure that the package measurements are correct.
