Mentor3 weeks ago@f4eos1 Sorry for the delay in responding, life has been busy. You need to message the seller and ask them send you a partial refund.
If the seller does NOT issue a partial refund then you can return all 3 items for a full refund once you receive them. The sale price is part of the description. Once you file a return request it is possible that the seller will wake up and realize it would be better for their bottom line to issue a partial refund than have to pay return shipping and refund you 100%. Do NOT close the case early if the seller asks you to in order to issue a partial refund.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories. Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
