Over $400 was charged to my venmo from an ebay seller and it was a product I would never order.
I recieved an email from ebay that I ordered 2 dolls for over 468. I then immediately received an email from Venmo that there had been concerning charges and they were locked my account. Ebay refused to cancel the order and now Venmo is refusing to refund my money. Any suggestions?

OP9 months agoI should have mentioned that I did not order these dolls and have no history of ordering this kind of product on ebay yet venmo says it matches my purchase history. How do I get both Ebay and Venmo to stop this scam?

Mentor9 months agoEbay did not create this "scam". It sounds as if your Ebay account may have been compromised. You will need to report it:
