Over 30 days and still no refund
I disputed a claim where I purchased an item in April, on the 11th of April the packages never arrived nor was I given a tracking code, I filed a dispute on the following day and I was informed by eBay that the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days, however it’s been over a month going into 6 weeks and the money has not been returned to my bank account and when I checked with the bank they told me contact eBay and eBay isn’t really giving me any assistance
