"Outstanding Selling Costs" on an item that a buyer never paid for?!?!?!?!
Hello, I am wondering as I received a message stating that I will be charged outstanding selling costs on an item that payment was never received on. I am beside myself as this was clearly a scam and just wondering what to do. Opened a "Ticket" so we will see where that goes...but is this common. And yes, I'm a new seller, this just seems sooooo scammy?

Mentor3 years agoWhen you are not paid, you need to cancel the transaction for non-payment.
The only fees you would be charged for would be for a non-refundable option you placed on the listing, like a reserve fee, or other non-refundable listing option.
