Outside of return window
A couple of years ago I bought a long decal/stripe for a vehicle and it looked like it was all shipped. However, only recently I went to use it and found it was missing a very small piece. The seller is still selling the item but won't respond. Do I have any options? Can I get eBay to contact the seller?

Mentor6 months ago@jrhende The eBay Money Back Guarantee is 30 days from the date of delivery. An agent can not extend this.
If the seller is not replying to your messages then there is nothing you can do. It's even too late for a credit card chargeback.
