In my first year of Selling I did this with a Buyer on the west coast, they provided a shipping label via their FedEx account and I shipped. Later I thought about it because THEY became the shipper of record and could claim damage in shipping and file an insurance claim with their carrier ...
I know today if I was asked I would say no, I need to be the shipper of record for insurance purposes.
Additionally you would have to try loading the tracking number from their label to the Sold file. I assume that would work but if it doesn't you would risk:
-A late shipping defect if tracking is not loaded to the Sold item within your Handling time
-No protection if the Buyer files a claim that they did not receive the item, you would wind up having to refund them and they could keep the item
