Outrageous Cost Adjustment for Shipping
I received a cost adjustment for FedEx shipping of my item, increasing shipping cost from $78 to $385. The dimensions of the box I used was slightly larger than estimated. But they also said my shipment weighed 158 lbs, when it was actually appox 30 pounds. How can I resolve this dispute with ebay? None of their on-line and automated phone "help" has any means to resolve or even report the issue, and the system seems designed to make it impossible to reach a human for help.

Mentor2 years agoDid you also receive a message from Fed Ex concerning the adjustment? I know when I have received one from USPS, they have a link to respond back to them to dispute the charge. If no message from Fed Ex:
