I had to ask for a refund from ebay because the seller was jerking me around, seller would not ship or refund money. I offer $56.78 for an item at $72.79, the seller accepted, days go by no shipping no tracking number, so I tell seller to ship it or I will cancel it. Seller says wharehouse will expedite immediately, 2hrs. later seller says there's an error in my address and WILL NOT SHIP. Everyone else on eBay WILL USE my address. I asked what is the problem with my address, seller refused...
