Outdoor camera defective and didn't notice until too late.
I purchased an outdoor camera while my house was under construction. After closing, moving, settling, I finally go around to hiring an electrician to install and outlet. Now that it's too late to claim a refund, I noticed the ball and socket are loose and no way to fix it. I've had my electrician look at it and I did a lot of research.
Any advice to get this thing refunded? Thanks!
