I'm out of the country and ebay won't let me finish an order. I've ordered the exact same thing before, with my international address, but now they want me to call them, which I can't do from here. I just need to reach them so I can tell them I am not a hacker. Does anyone know how can I chat or email a live person? Automated Assistant chat is not useful for me. Thanks
