Out of the country
Hi,
I am out of the country and can’t ship an overdue request. This is my first time, first sale. What do I do to let the buyer know? Can’t seem to connect with them, maybe because the order is overdue?

Contact the buyer through your order details.
Ask them if they want to wait (if you'll be back in 2-3 days), or a refund.
If you are on an extended trip, cancel the order for Out Of Stock and refund the buyer.
