Our Stolen Items For Sale

Question

We have had some items stolen from our office and we now see them listed for sale. I want to confront the seller immediately as they may be selling these items unaware they are stolen. Or they may be complicit. We would also like our items back. What should be our approach to seek return. A soft hand or contact Law Enforcement immediately? The seller is even using our marketing in their sales pitch for the product and our Doctors name just as it was lifted from our website. Thanks in advance.

@gil_47969 Contact the police that took the theft report. They have a protocol for contacting eBay.
