Oui January 1981 (Taken Down)

Hello everyone:
I have a Oui January 1981 magazine I want to list… But, every time I do, they take it down… Now, they allow Playboy, penthouse, hustler and every other pornographic magazine that you can imagine to be listed on this website. The magazine, I’m trying to list is not even really that risqué the cover shows no nudity at all ( See attached)… am I doing something wrong or is it because Demi Moore took the pictures when she was 16 years old… Anyway, I’m just trying to find out some information why I cannot list this magazine… Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you so very much…

Form 2257 requires models to be 18 or older for pornographic modeling. Demi Moore was born Nov 11, 1962, so she would have been 18 in Jan 1981. https://www.justice.gov/criminal/criminal-ceos/18-usc-2257-2257a-certifications

Adult magazines, books, and comics that contain nudity are allowed only if they don't contain sexual activity in the pages and if no images of nudity are showing >>in the listing<<.
“Some examples of this include Bear (magazine), Blue (magazine), Butt (magazine), Gay letter, Mayfair, On Our Backs, Penthouse, Playboy, Playgirl, and Playguy. This isn't an exhaustive list of magazines, books, and comics we allow. Any adult magazine or comic that doesn't contain s exually explicit content can be listed following the guidelines in this policy.â€
It's my experience that magazines not on the above list are not allowed. Hustler is not on the list and is prohibited. Playboy and Penthouse are.
Many of the prohibited magazines are prohibited because the magazine published photos of sexual activity.
Also, eBay wouldn't knowingly allow child pornography, so if your specific issue contains photos of a minor, it wouldn't be allowed.
Here is a webpage where you can learn more:

Prohibited adult items are here: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/prohibited-adult-items-policy?id=5055
I know this is not the answer you wanted, but I would find another marketplace for your item.
