Otter Box Lee Law Counterfeit Lawsuit For eBay Sellers

Hello fellow eBayers,

I recently received an email from Lee Law informing me that I had illegally listed and was trying to sell an Otter Box phone case. Has anyone else received a similar email asking the same?

eBay removed the listing because of the Vero issue. I only had one case listed and it was purchased by me at a Goodwill store. They now want me to pay them 500.00 by end of day. The case was listed but never sold. Since I never sold it and therefore did not make any money I feel like they have no case against me. Thoughts?

@vintageonlineproductsllc That email is rather laughable, they contacted eBay for their VeRO position which has nothing to do with individual Sellers. Email them back and say you will be more then happy to send the $ 500 as soon as you receive your $ 1000 processing fee from them. Email demands for money are baseless.

By the way, you owe me $ 750 for responding to your post but the good news is that any additional replies I make are only $ 100 each!
