How do you find another seller on ebay?
I have received an item that I did not order. I wanted to let them know that they have sent it to the wrong person

Mentor2 years agoIt's possible the seller accidentally switched shipping labels. Do you have an item in your Purchase history that you have not yet received? If so, use the CONTACT SELLER link and ask the seller if he shipped the item you received. If s/he did, you can select to Return the item because it is Not as Described. The seller accepts the return and supplies a prepaid return shipping label. You ship the item back, the seller refunds you, and then relists the item you purchased so you can buy it again.
