Buyers cannot choose USPS vs FedEx at checkout unless the seller has set up multiple shipping services.
How it works:
The seller selects the carrier options when creating the listing.
If FedEx is offered, the buyer can choose it at checkout.
If only USPS is listed, the buyer cannot switch carriers after purchase.
If a buyer needs FedEx delivery:
They must contact the seller before purchasing.
The seller would need to revise the listing to add FedEx as a shipping option.
