Otem damaged in tranport or deffective.
I purchased a used Sony Home theater reciever that was either damaged in transit or was defective upon sale. I contacted the seller who said it had been fine prior to my purchase. I have not been able to use the item and ut has been a couple months since purchase. I did by a warranty. What can be done?
