original listing after purchase
I bought an item and the seller sent a message which may not be the same as in the original listing. How do I find the original listing?

Your Purchase history has a record of what you purchased. If what you receive is not what you purchased you can return it at the Seller's expense via a return through eBay on the item in your purchase history. The reason that you will select is it is not as described, does not match pictures or description. You will get a pre paid return shipping label to send it back and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you once it is returned.
If they don't then you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the return.
