i had trouble logging on and having access to my ebay, purchase, watch lists, bids etc. i opened a new acct. thinking same info would put me back on track, no a new page, and acct. i'm trying to retrieve original page, and acct. anyone have the answer to this? my many thanks. gwenn

Mentor1 year agoIf you open a new account you will not be able to see anything related to the old account unless you can log into it. Since you said you have trouble logging into the old account you should contact eBay customer service and see if they can help you.
