Original ad did not have Authenticity Guaranteed

Question

Buyer made offer but wanted guaranteed, so only way I could figure out was to stop original ad, redo so it now shows guaranteed. Told buyer to click on new ad and make same offer and I will

accept. My problem is I think, that it was a promoted ad and how can I tell eBay this. I need them to charge the appropriate fee to me for promoted ad..

If you Ended the original listing and then created a new one with the authenticity guarantee added then technically it is NOT an identical listing to the original. Don't worry about the PL ad rate for the new listing.

A newly created listing would not have any attributes associated with it from the Promoted Listing feature you used.
