Origin Purchase
I purchased The sims 4 origin information which i cannot find in my orders. I was advised when I purchased this item I would have no troubles. No i am unable to use the login information and cannot get in contact with the seller. Mind you I did purchase this item a few years ago but I can't see my purchases that far back. Im not sure what to do. I have spent alot of money on this.

If you purchased "a few years ago" as you stated, there is nothing that can be done.
