Organized Theft?
Stolen item listed the same day my refund is issued. Item disappeared in transit from the global shipping processing centre in Illinois to DHL and some how it was listed today with the exact same photos as the listing I bought by a seller with over 300k sales. Am I reaching by saying it looks like eBay employees are involved in stealing items and reselling them?

Mentor8 months agoWhen the EIS refunds you for any reason they will attempt to make back the amount refunded to you by selling the item through their own accounts. They usually will use the original listing you made to save time unless the item had been damaged and new photos need to be created. eBay employees have nothing to do with this since the EIS is run be a third party service and just uses the eBay name.

Do you happen to have the eBay Item number off that listing?

I think if it were eBay employees, they wouldn't use the same photos.
Did your item get lost or was it unable to be forwarded to Canada due to customs issues?
I do know that the items that can't be forwarded through EIS are sold to a 3rd party liquidator. They are not returned to the seller.
