To whom it may concern I have been ordering from eBay for quite some time now but my last order I received from eBay was a blink outdoor camper the seller sold me the camera attached to a different account I kept emailing the seller about removing his account off the blink camera I emailed the seller three times with no respond I would really like to continue to order from eBay but right now I am a little skeptical about ordering now I want to order the ring doorbell Pro and the ring stick up cam but if it don't work I'm stuck with product that don't work

Mentor2 years agoThere is a link to eBay's Money Back Guarantee on every listing.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
