Purchased Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream (1.7 Fl. Oz. / 50mL) NEW IN BOX / SEALED
From seller Raivalri located in China (which I did not realize when purchased). The order does not show up under my account with no way to leave a rating...product arrived 16 days after ordered with product forced out of container looked like due to pressure changes on an airline. There is no way to leave a review to warn other buyers.
Any suggestions? Is Ebay aware the seller can circumvent the process?

Shouldn't you be trying to get your money back first, before worrying about leaving feedback.
The seller isn't circumventing any process - how would they do that.
If you can't find the order in your account, it's possible it was Guest purchase, meaning you weren't signed in when ordering, or you have another account.
Find the email confirmation from eBay that will state whether it was a Guest purchase or not- you need to open a Return request for the damaged item right away.
