Orders over 90 days old that have not arrived

Hi CommunityI ordered two items from a seller more than 90 days ago. These items have not arrived.As the orders are more than 90 days old, I am unable to flag the issues as the options in the menus have disappeared. It is also not possible to flag these orders to eBay as they no longer show in the recent purchases.I have contacted the seller and they just tell me to "open a case". I cannot see how to do this. Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If it has been more than 30 days from the estimated date of delivery, you will not be able to open a "case" (Refund Request).

File a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal, or contact your payment source.

If you are too late for help from eBay and you used Paypal, file a dispute there. You have 180 days.

After a while you can escalate the dispute = asking Paypal to step in. Do that before the claim expires.

Did you pay otherwise? Check the possibilities.
