Orders not showing in "awaiting shipment"
I was away for 7 days and initiated an away message and increased handling to coincide with return.
My phone app NOTIFICATIONS shows 6 orders PAID SHIP NOW. The website app in MY EBAY>AWAITING SHIPMENT only shows three of those. But my total number of sold and paid whould be 11...Not sure what do. The missing orders do not show up. I have been on for nearly 28 years and cannot see these orders. Any ideas why they are not showing?
