Orders not shipped
I have two things that have not shipped, both are coming from a seller in Sri Lanka, one says it’s shipped but only has a shipping label printed (USPS) otherwise it has no other tracking. The other doesn’t have even that much done. I have had one other experience of a seller scam from overseas that never shipped. How long should I wait for my order? Should I just cancel it?

Mentor2 years ago@marksmom Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure your item arrives by the LAST estimated delivery date. If it's late arriving then you can file a refund request.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
