ORDERS CANCELLED AND BLOCKED ACCOUNT

Hello everyone
I´ve been blocked by ebay because i didnt notice that my bank account had a problem and they wont let me use any of my credit/debit cards to pay.
I had two orders waitint for the payment but my bank account problems hasnt been resolved so the time keep passing and the sellers cancelled my orders and then my account got blocked
is there anything posible to unblocked my account or should I give up?
i really want to be able to keep buying, even i reached out one of the sellers to see if they can resend me an invoice to pay the items
