Orders
I had 3 emails from eBay today to say my 3 orders for coffee are on the way to me. I have not made an order. And nothing since my last purchase in December. When I signed in to eBay I had email to say a different device was used. So I assume I have been hacked. I have changed my password. No money has been taken. Do I need to do anything else

Go to your purchase history to see if any purchases were made using your account. If not, then the three emails you received were not from eBay and were a phishing attempt to get you to click a link in the message.
If you did click a link, then the best thing to do is to manually log into your eBay account to change your password.
Also, scan through all of your account settings to make sure your addresses and other contact information have not been changed.

OP2 years agoThank you for replying, there were no purchases made, but the 3 emails are from the coffees I ordered in dec and received in January. The same order. If I click on order status, it states was ordered in Dec and ticked to say dispatched on 22nd feb. Do I just ignore it. I have changed password

·2 years agoThat sounds like a glitch, either by eBay or by the seller who has linked the ability to send updates through eBay. You can just ignore it.
