Ordered an item off Ebay, store name Shamrockgift, and was charged on Amex for it. I searched Ebay and it doesn't even show up as a purchase, but my Amex was charged the amount. I reached out to the seller who told me to contact Ebay. There's no FAQ for this and no contact number to speak with a human at Ebay. Other than disputing the charge through Amex, I'm not sure what to do.Any ideas?
