Mentor1 year agoYou had to be signed it or you purchased it as a guest. Did you pay for the item? That info pulls from you account.

Mentor1 year agoOK, so then you did purchase it. Make sure you paid for it so the seller will ship.

Mentor1 year agoIf you are trying to look for it under the ID you are logged it with, would be why you can't find it. Did you read the policy I gave you a link to in an earlier post.

Mentor1 year ago@josethegoat2000. You have to log out of your account to access the guest account.
If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account) it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
