I ordered an item and never received it tried to get a refund never happen tried to contact seller just kept getting a new delivery date never received item then got a message saying it was closed.

I have p been purchasing from eBay for a long time I'm not sure I will buy from them again

It was not a lot of money but what if it was.

I have not ordered nothing since but there is things I want may have to go elsewhere.

You only have 30 days to open an Item Not Received (INR) case. You can contact your funding source, such as your credit card or PayPal, and file a chargeback after that. 🐈‍⬛
