Ordered one thing and got something else
In 5/7/26, I ordered Samsung live earbuds for $118.23. Today, 5/13/26, I received in the mail a Watch from Olevs. I did NOT order a watch, nor do I need one! I just sent the seller a message about this along with a screenshot of the watch received. How long should I wait before getting ebay involved if I don't hear from this seller?

You don’t need to hear from the seller.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Ion the comments enter wrong item received.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

The "Ask us to step in" only happens on the official return you process and if the Seller does NOT refund you once they receive the item back. You have to return the item before you can get a refund, that is the process.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
