Ordered one Lenovo M93Q mini computer, was shipped four items and billed for all four. One item doesn't even show up on purchase history.
Summary: heliojock ordered one Lenovo mini computer but received four and was billed for all. One doesn't appear in the purchase history. The seller agreed to accept the return if shipping is paid by heliojock, but they refuse as they didn't order the extras. comics-scifi-collectibles advised filing a 'not as described' return request, suggesting eBay's Money Back Guarantee could override the seller's policy. lady_madonna mentioned that the listing showed four items sold and suggested the possibility of an unintentional order for all four.
I ordered one M93Q Lenovo mini computer. I have have received 4 total computers and have been charged for them. One of the computers doesn't even show up on my purchase list. The seller says he will accept return for three of the computers, but I have to pay shipping. I refuse to pay shipping because I did not order the 3 additional computers. I offered $41 for one computer and was sent 4 total and my account was billed. I have never had anything like this happen with eBay. I am not happy at all. I cannot get in touch with a human customer service representative. I want help from an actual human.

Mentor1 month agoSince the seller left you feedback, I was able to search their completed listings. The Lenovo computers were a multi quantity listing and it does state that 4 were sold.
Perhaps when you made the offer you accidentally chose that the offer was for all 4 computers.

OP1 month ago · EditedIf that were true, then why did he send me a fourth computer that is not even in my eBay purchase history? This is why I believe it was eBay's error.

Mentor1 month ago@heliojock File a not as described return request. Doesn't match pictures or description. The seller can NOT refuse that type of return request and must provide a return label if they want their computers back.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories. Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.
Here's what you need to do:
You should open a Return Request. Reason> Doesn't Match photos and description
Select the return item button on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st=
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

OP1 month ago · EditedHis contention is that eBay messed up and he just fulfilled the multiple orders. These are computers and not small items like trading cards, coins, etc.
