Ordered merchandise
I ordered merchandise back in September, it was suppose to be here on the 26th of September the only thing the tracking number is saying " it's on the way" . I've tried to contact the seller numerous of time but no response, so I asked Ebay to step in and the put a hold on my request for a refund until the 17th of October, do you think this is fair?
