Ordered Item on 11/25 never been shipped!!!
Order# 21-10831-56281 placed on 11/25. On 12/03 i sent Email via Ebay to Seller and still now had no response from Seller about status of my order. So, the Item never been shipped to me and Seller is not Reachable!!! I'm looking for REFUND! Thanks.

OP2 years agoHi. I ordered this Item as a Guest... I totally forgot i have existing account with Ebay. So now when i looking for this order on My Ebay it says: Order not Found!

Mentor2 years agoItems purchased as a Guest would not show up on your Ebay account.
Log out of your Ebay account, find the Ebay order confirmation email you received.

What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
