Ordered Item never shipped - EBay refunded monies to my obsolete email account then closed case.
Opened an inquiry regarding the fact that I never received the Item that I paid for using my EBay / PalPay account. Later, EBay advised that they refunded the money to me. Unfortunately, they failed to update their records and refunded the money to my old email address that was shut down by MicoSoft. Due to the automated AI frenzy that companies think are perfected to the point of answering everything under the sun, I am unable to connect to or speak with natural intelligence. Anyone have a good contact phone number for Ebay's Customer Service?

Mentor3 years agoAll refunds are credited back to the original funding source, whether you update anything or not. Have ebay call you and see what can be done.
