Ordered and received a fake
Hello, I ordered a labubu from this buyer who at the time had good reviews. I waited two weeks or more then ten business days waiting for it to arrive. When I did I did the first logical thing which was to check the authenticator system for labubus and it came up as a fake. The color was off, ears were socially distancing from each other, head was spinning in circles like the the feet and hands. When I contacted the seller, a response said that the account was no longer valid. When u filed for a return, I was told that they would contact the buyer. We all know that they won't get a response so I need you guys help on what I should do to get that return. If eBay has a support number I would greatly appreciate it if you guys would give it. Thank you so much!

If you filed a Return case for Item Not as Described, just wait the allotted time and then Ask eBay to Step In.
eBay will ensure you are refunded if the seller doesn't cooperate.

There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call:
Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)
Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question
1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
6) Click “Have Us Call You†(or "Chat with an Agent")
