Ordered and Paid - 3 weeks no shipment
I order shoes from a seller. They still haven’t shipped.
Order date was 8.20.26. I asked for a cancellation and they declined. What is my recourse. eBay customer support is a joke.

Mentor1 month agoGo to your purchase and select more actions. Then choose the option I didn't receive it.
