Ordered an object for Christmas & got email from ebay saying the seller, Shippi6758 say ing the
Object I ordered has stains & dust on it, but it was listed as NEW, & can't send it to me before Christmas. I either want a new one before Christmas, or money put back on my debit card immediately

Mentor2 years agoYou need to contact the seller. Say something similar to, "Since you cannot ship what you described in the listing, you will need to cancel the transaction using the reason that the item is out of stock or damaged so that I can move on. I look forward to seeing that come through today."
